All lamps purchased from Lume Home ship free in the continental US. Please contact us for a shipping quote for purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Return Policies

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or store credit.

• Please contact us within 7 days from the time of delivery. No product may be returned without authorization.

• The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and as initially sold.

• Unwrapped shades WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
